IEEE Identity Key Management Working Group (P3209) led by Bytom

On the afternoon of September 24, 2020, the Bytom team held the second meeting of the IEEE IKM working group online. Firechain Technology, Sichuan Changhong, Math Wallet, Zhongke Fuyun, Zheshang Bank, Hyperchain, Haier, and other members participated in the discussion.

At 2:00 pm, Bytom’s CEO and working group chairman Lang Yu announced the start of the meeting and introduced the agenda of the meeting, minutes of the last meeting, patent and intellectual property declarations, etc. The core development engineer of Bytom, Haoyu Lin, introduced the latest development of the standard. At the meeting, Huo Chain Technology was elected as the vice chairman of this working group.

During this meeting, Fan Gengen of HuoChain Technology proposed the support of hierarchical derivation for curve algorithms of different blockchains, and Fan Jingwen of Sichuan Changhong talked about the issue of the combination of key hierarchical derivation and multi-party secure computing. Lin Haoyu, the core developer of Bytom, shares his solutions to all members.

After the discussion of everyone planned the next meeting and the follow-up research work on the standard. The next meeting is planned to be held in one month.
