To improve system performance and stability, KuCoin Futures will be conducting a non-stop system upgrade from 07:00 to 07:15 on November 11, 2024 (UTC). We will do our best to minimize any impact, and we appreciate your understanding and support.

During the upgrade period, users may experience temporary disruptions or delays across API, APP, and WEB for the following functions:

1.      Futures Trading: Place orders, contract query, K-line data query, funding fee query, and futures trial funds related services

2.      Futures Trading Bot: Place orders, contract query, K-line data query, and funding fee query

Please Note:

• Users’ data and assets will not be affected by the upgrade.
• If issues occur after the upgrade, the maximum impact time should not exceed 3 minutes. It is recommended to try again after 3 minutes.
