Nerayoff stated, “THE TIME HAS COME FOR THE EARTH-SHATTERING REVELATIONS OF FORMERLY UNTOUCHABLE POWERS: […] The most powerful forces on the planet sought to suppress us by maliciously targeting me, thinking it would silence us all. Despite their extreme power and vast resources, we emerged victorious […] The world is about to learn what we’ve pieced together starting tomorrow. Get ready: The perception of yesterday will be drastically altered. The world as we know it is about to change.”

The Ethereum Insider’s Big Reveal: What To Expect
Nerayoff has made several serious allegations against Vitalik Buterin, Joe Lubin, and the Ethereum Foundation, painting a complex picture of supposed misconduct and fraud within the ETH ecosystem. These allegations span various aspects of Ethereum’s development and operations, including fraudulent ICOs, personal misconduct, and collusion with corrupt officials.
Misconduct and Fraud Allegations: Nerayoff accuses Buterin and Lubin of orchestrating a wide-ranging fraud within Ethereum, alleging their involvement in issuing fraudulent ICOs to fleece investors. He claims this activity was the main business model for Lubin’s company, ConsenSys, early on. Nerayoff asserts that the fraudulent activities surrounding ETH are far more significant than those in the FTX case, referring to Ethereum as “the fraudulent elephant in the room.”
Intellectual Property and Inventions Theft: Nerayoff claims that Buterin copied his ideas, including the concept of issuing utility tokens via ICOs. He argues that Buterin has not contributed any significant inventions to the network and attributes the network’s failure to scale to Buterin’s actions.
Accusations of Collusion with US Officials: Furthermore, Nerayoff alleges that Buterin and Lubin colluded with corrupt US government officials, including SEC Chairman Gary Gensler and former SEC Chairperson Jay Clayton. He implies that these relationships aka “ETH Gate” gave ETH an unfair advantage in the crypto space.
Character Assassination and Reputation Damage: Nerayoff also accuses Buterin and his father of attempting to ruin his reputation by falsely accusing him of extorting an Ethereum ICO. This claim extends to suggesting that ETH’s founders have previously tried to frame him .
CCP Involvement: According to Nerayoff, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) holds a substantial stake in Ethereum, which he and TruthLabs claim jeopardizes the entire cryptocurrency world. TruthLabs suggest that Chinese entities close to the CCP control nearly 80% of mined ETH, raising alarms about the potential for centralized control over the Ethereum network.
Ethereum Foundation’s Connection to the Gatecoin Hack: TruthLabs and Steven Nerayoff have presented evidence suggesting the Ethereum Foundation’s connection to the 2016 Gatecoin hack, where 185,000 ETH were stolen. This investigation highlighted transactions from the foundation to wallets directly involved in the hack, raising serious questions about the Foundation’s role and motivations during this period.
It’s important to note that these allegations are part of an ongoing dispute and have not been substantiated with concrete evidence in the public domain thus far. The situation is complex, with Nerayoff positioning himself as a whistleblower intent on exposing what he perceives as deep-rooted issues within the Ethereum ecosystem. Tomorrow the world will find out what Nerayoff can really prove.
At press time, ETH traded at $3,309.
