Latest news about Bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies. Your daily crypto news habit.
If you’re in the market for an impressive blockchain-based ecosystem powered by industry leading professionals with over 22 years of experience, look no further than The 4th Pillar.
Empowering Individuals, Employers, and Recruiters
The 4th Pillar is a decentralized platform which empowers individuals by allowing users to build both a verified professional identity and a decentralized personal crypto savings fund. At the same time, it enables organizations to recruit based on automated and verified employment data — all while facilitating the digital transfer of multiple cross-border payments and work-related documentation.
The platform provides services for both employees and organizations — and, in doing so, improves the overall recruitment process. It operates using blockchain technology, allowing The 4th Pillar to build a working identity ledger on which individuals have complete control over their professional identity. Utilizing blockchain technology allows for non-discriminatory evaluations that effectively enable employers and recruiters to act appropriately.
The 4th Pillar’s ecosystem is powered by the FOUR token, which serves as both its main store of value and fuel. The larger the network grows, the more utility the token has – as it’s designed and embedded in the blockchain infrastructure.
Of course, all of that is well and good — but if the project doesn’t have a quality team behind it, then it’s all but doomed to fail. The 4th Pillar most certainly does not fall victim to that fatal flaw.
Serious Brain Power
Unlike many other projects in the overcrowded cryptocurrency space, The 4th Pillar is backed by 22 years of professional experience in the financial and human resources sectors.
The company was co-founded by Tali Rezun (CEO), Dusan Lazar (COO), Roman Dobrina (CFO), and Jaka Gornik (CMO).
Rezun has been an entrepreneur for 22 years, seven of which he spent serving as the CEO of Nation HR, and has recently completed his doctorate with a specialization in online brand development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. Meanwhile, Lazar has 25 years of experience in various businesses as a CEO, CFO, and COO. He also founded Nation HR.
Dobrina is the general manager of GlaxoSmithKline and has spent six years serving as CFO of Naton HR, where he also sat on the management board. Gornik, on the other hand, has 25 years of professional experience in marketing and providing out-of-the-box solutions for a slew of international corporations in the Adriatic region.
Denis Jazbec is The 4th Pillar’s CITO and has 10 years of experience to go along with a degree in computer science.
Igor Zorko is the team’s IT and Legislation Specialist, in addition to being the chairman of the Slovenian national ICT association, the vice president of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, and the chairman of the Slovenian national digital coalition. Gerga Irt is also an IT Specialist and holds claim to over 15 years of experience as a solution architect, lecturer and senior Java developer.
On the legal front, Aljax Jadek heads the blockchain legal department at the top-tier Jadek&Pensa law firm.
With these leaders in place, it’s no wonder The 4th Pillar has already finished all of the requisite legal, legislative and tax groundwork, and has been financed completely by private investments. Early platform adoption deals are currently undergoing in the European market, and have reportedly been closing at a high rate of success.
